Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Beauty Backed Trust (company no. 13997866) whose registered office is 6th Floor, Manfield House, 1 Southampton Street, London WC2R 0LR

2. The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.

3. Free entry to the prize draw is also available by sending a postcard with your full name and email address on to Beauty Backed Trust, W8 6LS. Free entry is limited to one ticket per entrant. Beauty Backed Trust will not reimburse any associated entry costs such as postage.

4. We ask for people to enter via Crowd funder, but if you need help completing the online form please contact us and a member of staff can help you.

5. Multiple entries per person are permitted, however no more than 1 prize will be awarded to one individual.

6. The prize draw will run from 5pm on Tuesday 1st October 2024. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm GMT Friday 1st November 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. Prizes will be shipped via tracked courier, we are not responsible for the prize once dispatched.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen at random by software via a third party management tool, Rafflys.

12. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the prize draw ending. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

15. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. Some prizes may be dispatched by the prize donor themselves. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Beauty Backed Trust can share your personal information provided with the supplier of your prize, should you win one.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Beauty Backed Trust and Crowd Funder. Prize specific terms and conditions

Prize one - 5 nights all inclusive stay Antigua. Reservations must be made directly with Resort Marketing International, to claim your prize email: [email protected] quoting the certificate number. This prize is valid for a maximum of 2 adults. Your complimentary certificate is valid for travel: June 2025, August 2025 & September 2025. On a strict request only basis at the property mentioned above. The prize is subject to the following terms and conditions: reservations cannot be made more than 2 months prior to arrival date and are subject to resort availability. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-changeable. Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The prize is subject to changes without notice and is subject to availability and cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or January/February. This offer also does not include Insurance; it is purely an accommodation only offer. Should the hotel be sold or suffer any material change resulting in the closure of the hotel during the validity of this prize, Elite Island Resorts will be unable to honour the prize and cannot be held liable for alternative accommodation. Flights or transfers are not included. All guests are required to show passport and provide a valid major credit card (other than American Express) upon which a pre-authorization of US$350.00 shall be taken to cover any possible incidental charges. The pre-authorization is released at check-out subject to any charges incurred locally at the Resort. Elite Island Resorts charge a Resort Fee of US$24.00 per room, per night, payable locally at the resort at check-in. The resort fee includes wi-fi service and is inclusive of any taxes.

Prize two - Skincare Routine Consultation with Caroline Hirons. This will be carried out on Zoom and is subject to availability. Details on how to book this will be emailed to you should you win.

Prize four - Makeup Masterclass with Jamie Genevieve. This will be carried out on Zoom and will last 30 minutes. The gift card will be sent and details on how to book this will be emailed to you should you win.

Prize five – Blow dry for you and a friend at a Samantha Cusick Salon. 

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Redeemable for a single transaction only and must be used in one visit.
• Not valid on weekends or in December.
• Redeemable against blow-dry services only, other services can be added but are charged at our normal rate.
• Cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
• We encourage prompt booking to ensure availability, as appointment slots are subject to scheduling constraints.
• Details on how to book the appointment will be sent to you should you win.

Prize six – three at-home BioSculpture manicures. Only eligible in England, Scotland or Wales. The same person is to have all three manicures and the treatments will be carried out in the same location each time. Subject to availability at the time of booking. Details on how to book this will be emailed to you should you win.

Prize seven – Luminfusion Treatment at the Dermalogica Flagship Store. This treatment is subject to availability at time of booking. Details on how to book this will be emailed to you should you win. Treatment will be substituted if deemed not suitable for your skin type upon consultation.

Prize ten - Terms and conditions will be sent with voucher once the winner has announced.
